Tom Fehlman

Tom Fehlman has extensive experience in organizational development and leadership training. Currently serving as Principal of Mavendog, LLC since September 2017, Tom also holds the position of President at Bottom Line, Inc., which has been providing leadership training and assessments to both private and public sector clients since 1985. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Training at Hoechst Celanese from 1981 to 1983, specializing in employee on-the-job training and supervisory development. Tom Fehlman earned a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Grove City College.
