Shishir Pandey

Shishir Pandey is a seasoned Staff Engineer at Mavenir since April 2018, specializing in DU virtualization and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes within the platform and OAM team. With over a decade of experience, Shishir began a career at RadiSys Corporation in January 2010, focusing on SIP (VoIP) feature implementation, customer support, and bug fixing. Prior to Mavenir, Shishir served as a Technical Lead at Samsung R&D India from February 2014 to April 2018, where leadership was provided to a team of 2-3 members in developing LTE OAM features and implementing FM and CM features for the JIO customer using C++.
