Tom Hornstra

Tom Hornstra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deal management and commercial strategy across multiple companies. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Lumen Technologies since July 2023, Tom is responsible for negotiating pricing and contractual terms while mitigating risk. Previously at Mavenir, Tom held the role of Deal Manager and Offer Management, leading North American sales deals and enhancing sales operations. Tom's earlier experience includes a position as Deal and Pricing Manager at Infinera, where strategic customer offers were developed, and as Deal Manager at Tellabs, focusing on sales solutions for a major client. Tom holds an MBA in Marketing from Benedictine University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.
