Aarthi M has a diverse range of work experience in various fields. Aarthi worked as an Associate Research Strategist at MavenMagnet starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Research Intern at Christ University, Bangalore in 2021, where they conducted a survey research on stress, sleep quality, and emotion regulation during the Covid-19 lockdown among university students. Aarthi gained research skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and report writing. In 2019, they worked as an Intern at Manas Consultancy and Counselling services, where they gained basic competency in counseling and facilitated seminars and training programs. Aarthi also served as a Dementia Friend at Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF) from 2018 to 2019, conducting visits and providing care interactions for individuals with dementia. Additionally, they interned at Vistara Child Developmental Centre in 2018, learning about evaluation, treatment plans, and intervention techniques for children with various developmental conditions.

Aarthi M began their education in 2017 at M.O.P. Vaishnav College For Women in India, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Aarthi completed this program in 2020. Following that, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar in 2020. Aarthi is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Cognitive Science, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
