Anantha Padmanabhan T began working as an Associate at Cognizant in November 2017 and remained in that role until April 2022. In April 2022, they joined Maveric Systems Limited as a Principal Software Engineer.

Anantha Padmanabhan T completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Financial Services Management from Anna University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from R.M.K.Engineering College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
