Aschwin Rozema has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Aschwin is currently serving as the Vice President - Sales & Alliance Lead Europe at Maveric Systems Limited since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Country Manager Professional Services for Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions in the Netherlands from May 2021 to April 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Aschwin worked at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery of finance, risk, and regulatory reporting projects in the banking industry, ensuring timely delivery within project scope and budget. Aschwin had experience in both Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies.

Before joining Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Aschwin held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Rabobank International from October 2011 to June 2014. Aschwin also briefly owned their own consultancy firm, Rozema Consulting, from October 2011 to February 2012.

Aschwin has experience working at Temenos as a Lead Business Architect and Team Lead from August 2010 to October 2011. Aschwin was responsible for solution design, coordination with various stakeholders, and closing service deals.

Aschwin also worked at Odyssey Financial Technologies as a Lead Business Consultant from October 2007 to February 2011, and as a Business Analyst from January 2007 to October 2007. Prior to that, they worked at FMO as a Portfolio Analyst from 2000 to 2007, managing a portfolio of banks, financial institutions, and projects.

Aschwin started their career at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Assistant Account Manager from January 1998 to March 2000, and earlier, they worked as a Retail Advisor at Adviesgroep Financiele Dienstverlening from January 1997 to January 1998.

Aschwin Rozema obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the years 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Friesland College Leeuwarden from 1989 to 1991. Their earlier education includes attending Simon Vestdijk from 1984 to 1989 and PCBO Noord from 1978 to 1984. Aschwin has also obtained a certification in Principles of Sustainable Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
