Pradip Khare

Pradip Khare has over 26 years of experience in the IT industry. Pradip currently holds the position of Associate Vice President - Delivery Partner Temenos (Strategic and Large Account) BU at Maveric Systems Limited, where they are responsible for strategic and large client deliveries in the Temenos Banking BU, including P&L management, client satisfaction, quality deliveries, team upskilling, and revenue continuation.

Prior to their current role, Pradip worked at Tech Mahindra as a Practice Head for Core Banking, managing operations, P&L, pre-sales, consulting, and delivery support for multiple accounts globally. Pradip also supported testing automation for core banking systems.

Before that, they served as a Program Director/Manager in the BFSI Group at Wipro, managing large programs for various banks across geographies in Flexcube and Temenos core banking, retail, and invest banking domains.

Pradip has also held positions at ITC Infotech, Saggezza, 3i Infotech, Capgemini, Blue Star Infotech, and CRESCO Technologies, contributing to program management, project management, delivery, and engaging in various roles such as director, general manager, manager, and project manager. Pradip has worked on projects for notable clients such as British Airways, UNICEF, and Starwood Hotels Group during their tenure at NIIT Technologies Limited.

Pradip Khare's education history includes a variety of certifications and degrees. Pradip obtained a Certification in Retail Banking and Factoring from ABFA UK in 2010. In 2008, they completed the EM2 program at the Indian School of Business, focusing on Account Management and Engagement Management. Pradip also earned a certification in Project Management from PMI USA in 2004.
