Christopher Hoban

Christopher Hoban has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Christopher most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at Maverick Corporation, where they oversaw project management, quality control, and review services in engineering and construction. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at TILT Holdings, a company that provides technology, hardware, cultivation, and production services to the cannabis industry. At TILT Holdings, Christopher was responsible for talent acquisition, learning, compliance, policy creation, HR strategy, and process implementation. Christopher also worked as a People Operations Project Manager at Toys"R"Us, managing projects related to retail operations. Christopher began their career at The Home Depot, where they held various positions, including Regional Human Resources Director and District Operations Manager. In these roles, they focused on talent management, performance management, associate relations, and customer service. Additionally, Christopher served in the United States Army Reserve as a Communications Locator/Interceptor, specializing in signals intelligence and electronic warfare.
