Kevin Utterback

Kevin Utterback began their work experience as an Intern at ATS Engineers in 2015, where they provided administrative support for projects and assessed environmental impact. Kevin then worked as a GIS Technician at Apple from 2017 to 2018, troubleshooting issues with geocoding and GPS and reporting software bugs. From 2018 to 2019, Kevin worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at LAMAR TECHNICAL SERVICES, designing distribution power lines for oilfield applications. Kevin also worked as a Design Engineer I at Actavo from 2018 to 2019, managing project documentation and creating drawings of fiber and copper routes. Kevin then joined Atlantic Engineering Group in 2019 as a Design Engineer I, creating FTTH infrastructure and understanding telecom industry standards. Kevin was later promoted to Design Engineer II, continuing their work until 2021. Currently, Kevin is an OSP Design Engineer at Maverick Corporation.

Kevin Utterback began their education at Austin Community College in 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Geography with a focus on Basic Skills and Developmental/Remedial Education. Kevin then transferred to Texas State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Resource and Environmental Studies from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, Kevin Utterback also holds a GIS Certification from Texas State University, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
