Nancy DiCarlo

Nancy DiCarlo has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Nancy began their career in 1986 as an Accounting Manager at The Robbins Group, Inc, where they worked until 1995. From 1995 to 2005, Nancy served as an Accounting Manager at iParty, where they directed the accounting department for a multi-channel retailer. Nancy then joined Tivoli Audio, LLC as a Senior Accountant, responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and maintaining the general ledger.

In 2007, Nancy became an Accounting Manager at Millenium Partners Sports Club Management, LLC, where they developed a new Accounts Payable department and supervised a team. Nancy also managed the maintenance of the fixed asset register and reconciled club and corporate balance sheets.

From 2010 to 2017, Nancy worked as an Accounting Manager at Leidos Cyber, Inc, overseeing the accounting operations of the privately held cyber security software company. Nancy played a key role in the company's acquisition by Lockheed Martin in 2014 and subsequently by Leidos Inc. in 2016.

In recent years, Nancy has taken on senior roles as a Senior Accountant and Senior Accountant Contractor at various companies, including Cytel Inc, Threat Stack Inc, Yasso Inc, and Plantation Products. Nancy'sresponsibilities in these roles included financial analysis, reconciliations, and contract work.

Most recently, Nancy joined Maverick Corporation in 2020 as a Senior Accountant. Nancy is currently in this position, using their expertise to contribute to the financial operations of the company.
