Tobias currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Maverick Dental Laboratories, where they are responsible for decision-making aligned with the best interest of clinicians and patients. Prior to this, Tobias held the position of Vice President, Human Resources - US at Inoapps, where they enhanced employee experience through various initiatives. Tobias also served as the Vice President, Human Resources & Chief People Officer at Tier1, Inc., overseeing HR functions and achieving high employee retention rates. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles at ComputerPeople & FinancialPeople, Mylan, and Oxford Global Resources. Additionally, Tobias worked as a Branch Manager at NurseStaffing (formerly Kforce Healthcare - Company Acquisition) and Kforce. Tobias began their professional career as a Military Police & Recruiter Aide in the United States Marine Corps.
Tobias Schwab, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from Geneva College, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Veteran's at Work Certificate from SHRM in 2019, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in October 2019, and the Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in 2016.

That independence allows us the privilege to operate according to our core values. Each and every decision is made through the lens of what is in the best interest of our clinician and their patient. Today our laboratory is staffed with a tremendous team of technical experts in Fixed, Removable and Implant Prosthetics, and is supported by superb customer service. Each member of our staff is carefully hand-selected for their attitude and skill set. We dedicate our entire existence to providing excellent restorations to our clients and their patients. Maverick has been deeply involved with digital manufacturing for over ten years, and has deftly transitioned its operations, inviting all of the efficiencies and improved quality that CAD/CAM technology has ushered in. We accept digital files from all Intra Oral Scanning systems.
