Ross Hauk started their work experience in 1988 as the Owner/Operator of Hauk Farms Snow Removal. From 1996 to 2004, they worked as a Systems Administrator/Assistant Director at the University School of Milwaukee, where they handled hardware support, software licensing, and inventory management. In 2004, they became the IT Systems Manager at Pratt Building Systems, responsible for configuring and supporting hardware and software, as well as building vendor relationships for cost savings. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Director of IT Eastern Division at Holder Hospitality, overseeing technology for multiple hotel and casino properties. Ross then joined Navagante Group as the Director of IT from 2007 to 2019, leading the implementation of wireless slot floors and managing technology for hotels, casinos, and gas stations. Since 2019, they have been working as the Director of IT at Maverick Gaming, where they oversee technology for the Northern Nevada jurisdiction and provides guidance on IT management for other jurisdictions. Additionally, they manage company cell accounts.
Ross Hauk attended Plymouth Salem High from 1984 to 1986, where they studied Computers & Architecture. Ross later obtained technical certifications from New Horizons of Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the field of Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In terms of additional certifications, Ross obtained the MTA certification from Microsoft in January 2011. Ross also holds certifications in CCNA (June 2006), MOS Expert (May 2005), MCSE (March 2003), MCP (February 2003), and A+ (January 2003).
