Rusty Holland has a diverse and extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Rusty is currently working as a Senior Completions Engineer at Maverick Natural Resources since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Encana Corporation as a Staff Completions Engineer from March 2019 to 2020, where they successfully implemented various job designs and piloted new technologies in Bakken and Uinta Basin Formations.
Before joining Encana Corporation, Rusty worked at Newfield Exploration as a Staff Completions Engineer from March 2018 to March 2019. In this role, they played a key role in establishing cube development and optimizing full section development in Stack and Scoop Basins in Oklahoma.
