Jerry Locklin

Jerry Locklin has a wealth of experience in the payment services industry. Jerry is currently working as a Technical Support Manager at Maverick Payments. Prior to this, they held various roles at Merchant Lynx Services, including GoMLS Gateway and POS Solutions Administrator and Director of Deployment. Before joining Merchant Lynx Services, Jerry worked at iPayment, Inc. for several years, where they served as the Manager of Merchant Asset Management and Deployment Manager/Conversion Manager. Jerry was responsible for managing teams involved in POS equipment deployment, programming, training, and industry compliance. Jerry also played a crucial role in the conversion of legacy equipment inventory and order tracking into NetSuite. Before iPayment, Inc., they worked as a Merchant Services Helpdesk Trainer at Online Data Corp and as a Tech Support at First Merchant Bankcard Service. Jerry has extensive knowledge and expertise in training, troubleshooting, and ensuring secure and compliant payment processing.

Jerry Locklin completed a Post Graduate Course-work in Jazz/Jazz Studies at the New England Conservatory of Music from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Music Performance from the University of Maine, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, Jerry Locklin holds the ETA CPP certification, which was obtained in December 2022 from the Electronic Transactions Association.
