Shane Hudson has extensive work experience in the field of instrument, electrical, and control engineering. Shane started their career as a Senior Engineer at Rhone-Poulenc AG (Bayer CropScience) in 1989, where they managed various plant I&E projects and developed project scopes and estimates. Shane also designed plant electrical equipment and led a major retrofit project that installed remote electronic meters and input modules in a manufacturing facility.
In 1996, Shane joined Flexsys America L.P. as a Senior Instrument and Electrical Engineer. Here, they developed project scopes, estimates, and justifications, and presented them to management.
