Thomas You is an Associate in Growth Equity at Maverix Private Equity, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was with MoonPay from April 2022 to July 2023, serving as a Senior Associate in Corporate Development and MoonPay Ventures, as well as an Associate in Strategy and Business Operations, focusing on infrastructure for Web3. Thomas gained valuable experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Financial Technology Partners from April 2021 to April 2022, specializing in FinTech investment banking, and as an Investment Analyst at Sagard from July 2020 to April 2021, concentrating on FinTech venture capital. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Queen's University and also studied at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
