Nathan Apsel

Nathan Apsel has held various CFO roles, starting at McConnell Labs in operations from 2000 to 2007. Nathan then worked at PwC as a Senior Manager in Assurance for Financial Services from 2009 to 2017. Apsel then moved to 8VC as CFO from 2017 to 2021, before serving as CFO at Paradigm from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Maveron from September 2023.

Nathan Apsel completed a B.S. in Accounting with a Minor in Economics at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2004 to 2008. Nathan then pursued a Masters in Accounting from the same institution from 2008 to 2009. Nathan also holds a non-active Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
