Aaron O'Hearn is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Aaron serves as Co-Founder at Mavin and an Advisor at Penny Finance and Phoenix Tailings. Previously, Aaron held the position of Director of Product at Rev, where the focus was on AI and speech technology. Aaron co-founded and served as CEO of Worthright, a Techstars Boston 2020 alumni company, alongside holding the role of Entrepreneur In Residence at Techstars, advising startups on strategy and product development. Additional roles include co-founding NEON Labs, leading business development at Funsize, and co-founding the Startup Institute to train professionals for high-growth tech careers.
