Mavis Dx is a strategic SaaS advisory firm helping mid-market ISVs and product engineering companies become genuinely enterprise-ready — in how they sell, how they price, how they operate, and how they protect their customers' data.
Founded by Sethunath U N, a Cloud and SaaS transformation leader with nearly 30 years of experience, Mavis Dx brings something rare to advisory work: advice grounded in actually running large-scale SaaS businesses — not just studying them.
Sethunath has personally managed $120M+ SaaS platform operations, supported 200+ enterprise customers across aviation, logistics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, BFSI, and hospitality — and secured $100M+ in enterprise contracts across global markets. He has owned uptime, handled enterprise escalations, built and led global engineering teams, and won complex pre-sales engagements at the highest levels.

What we do:

→ SaaS Value Selling & CXO Messaging — build the GTM engine that wins enterprise deals
→ Cloud Economics & ROI Maximisation — reduce cloud costs up to 20%, increase margin
→ Security Compliance & IAM Hardening — answer CISO questions with confidence
→ Enterprise SaaS Operational Maturity — build to 99.999% availability, Zero RPO

Who we help:

Mid-market ISVs and product engineering companies that are technically strong but need to close the gaps — in messaging, pricing, operations, or security — that enterprise buyers expose.

Why Mavis Dx:

Most consultants advise on one dimension. We connect architecture, commercial strategy, executive storytelling, and enterprise operations into a single, coherent business outcome.
