Kristian Diaz

Kristian Diaz has worked at Mavity (Techstars '22) since 2022, where they are the CTO & Co-Founder. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning - Recommendations at Newsela since 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Royal Caribbean Group, including Engineering Manager - Innovation, Engineering Lead - Messaging & Knowledge Graph, and Engineering Lead, Artificial Intelligence. Kristian was with Admirable from 2010 to 2018, where they were the CTO and a Software Engineer.

Kristian Diaz received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad El Bosque. Kristian then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Florida International University, which they completed in 2011.
