Wayne Lancaster

Wayne Lancaster is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and operations sectors, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing at Mavlab Animal Health Pty Ltd since January 2025. Previously, Wayne held the position of General Manager and Fiji Director at Douglas Pharmaceuticals Limited from February 2018 to December 2024, and Site Manager at Allied Mills from May 2015 to October 2017.
