Paritosh Vaishnav

Paritosh Vaishnav has a diverse work experience in the field of people and culture management. Paritosh started their career at Gravita India Limited, where they served in various roles focused on talent acquisition and human resources. Paritosh then worked at Jaipur Rugs Group as a Manager of Talent Acquisition before joining Vistaprint as a Senior Recruiter in Talent Acquisition. Paritosh then moved on to Ensight Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they served as a People Manager. Paritosh also held the position of Associate Director of People & Culture at Mavlers. Currently, Paritosh is the Associate Director of People and Culture at Uplers, an award-winning digital services company.

Paritosh Vaishnav holds a PGCHRM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur, completed in 2020. Prior to that, they earned an MBA degree in Human Resources from R. A. Podar Institute of Management between 2007 and 2009. Paritosh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, completed from 2004 to 2007. Paritosh also completed their Higher Secondary education in Science-Maths from Central Academy, Udaipur, from 1988 to 2003. In addition to their educational background, they have received the HR Leader Award from the Great Place to Work® Institute (India) in 2021.
