Dawn Troxel

Dawn Troxel has extensive experience in project management and customer service roles. Dawn began their career at First Union National Bank, where they worked as a Collection Adjuster and Credit Counselor. Dawn then transitioned to the role of Commercial Customer Service Analyst, providing professional customer service and troubleshooting issues for corporate accounts. In 1999, Dawn joined Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company, where they served as a Senior Project Manager for the development and implementation of Electronic Lockbox Product. Dawn also managed the interface between project team members and supported Integrated Receivables EDI solution for E-Box customers. Dawn later took on the role of Senior Project Manager, CMO - Retail Lockbox, where they led the development and implementation of retail lockbox services for a nationwide remittance processing network. In 2005, they joined First Data Corporation as a Project Manager, managing projects for large corporate and complex customers to implement products and services. Dawn provided innovative and creative solutions to improve efficiency in payment processing and maximize client retention. Since 2018, Dawn has been working at Mavro Imaging as a Project Manager.

Dawn Troxel completed their education with a Diploma from Orange Park High School. Dawn then went on to study at Florida State College at Jacksonville, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business, attending between 2005 and 2008. Dawn later pursued further education at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2012, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree, although their field of study is not specified.
