Dilya Abushayeva is the Founder and CEO of Mavuus, an innovative online job marketplace launched in August 2022, which connects marketers and service providers through personal referrals. Prior to this, Dilya held significant marketing leadership roles including Director of Marketing at Pivotree and Agility Inc, where responsibilities included developing strategic marketing plans, demand generation strategies, and public relations. Dilya's experience also encompasses serving as Marketing and Sales Alignment Manager and Marketing Campaign Manager at PointClickCare, as well as Demand Generation Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist at Dundas Data Visualization Inc. Dilya began a marketing career as a Marketing Specialist at Crystal Fountains and Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Wietzes Toyota. Dilya holds an Honours degree in Marketing from York University, with a focus on creating impactful marketing campaigns and enhancing brand visibility.
