Erica Mastaglia

Erica Mastaglia has over a decade of experience in various roles at MAW since August 2010, including Business Consultant, Business Specialist, and HR Specialist. Prior to joining MAW, Erica gained valuable experience as an intern focused on personnel research and selection at Agenzia per il Lavoro from March 2009 to August 2010. Erica holds a Master's Degree in Progettazione pedagogica e interventi socio educativi from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor's Degree in Scienze dei processi socio-educativi from the same university, earned between 2002 and 2006.
