Rajendra Kumar

Rajendra Kumar possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served at Mawana Sugars Ltd since October 2005 in various roles including Additional Manager HR, Deputy Manager HR, and HR Executive, focusing on payroll administration, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. In addition, Rajendra Kumar has been HR Manager at Nanglamal Sugar Complex since June 2014, and previously held the position of Senior Officer HR at the same complex from 2005 to 2012. Additional experience includes working as a Payroll Administrator and Time Office In-Charge at Agauta Sugar & Chemicals from January 2003 to October 2005. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in HRD, IR, and OB from AIIMS, Chennai (2008-2009) and an MA in Economics, specializing in economics and statistics from CCS University, Meerut (1996-1998).
