Connor Briggs

Connor Briggs, PRC, is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Mawer Investment Management since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing the full cycle recruiting process and collaborating with leaders to enhance hiring practices. Prior to this, Connor held various roles at Kinross Gold Corporation, including Recruitment Advisor and Corporate Recruiter, focusing on both corporate and international recruitment as well as program management for co-op placements with a DEI emphasis. Earlier experience includes recruitment consulting at Agilus Work Solutions and staffing specialist roles at InVision Staffing Services Inc., specializing in high-volume engineering and technical positions. Connor began a career foundation with a developmental position at the Independent Electricity System Operator and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph.
