Ivan Navia, B.A., is a seasoned professional with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Reporting Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Report BI Developer at Mawer Investment Management since September 2018, Ivan plays a pivotal role in developing systems and processes while leveraging technologies such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Analysis Services, and Power BI. Previously, Ivan gained valuable experience as a Data Analyst (Practicum) at Solium, participating in automation and data validation projects. Ivan’s earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at RBC, where responsibilities included cash management and training new hires, and serving as an Infantry Soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces, where Ivan managed equipment and instructed soldiers in handling procedures. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of Victoria and completed a Business Intelligence program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2018.
