Areej Alqarni is an accomplished researcher and advocate with extensive experience in various prestigious programs and initiatives. Currently serving as a Research Affiliate at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, Areej is also recognized as a Global Ambassador for the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives after winning a major international literacy award. Involved in multiple capacities, Areej has been selected as a Distinct Ambassador for Misk Leadership, a Clinical Research Associate at King Abdullah Medical City, and a Research Fellow at Umm Al-Qura University, showcasing a strong commitment to fields such as material sciences and cognitive sciences. Additional roles include Student Heritage Officer for the Ministry of Culture, contributing to archaeological studies and creative writing. Areej has built a substantial foundation in academia and community leadership while actively engaging in programs focused on personal and professional development. Areej is currently pursuing an Advanced Placement Capstone Diploma at Al-Batool Private School.
