M. Saif al Islam

M. Saif Al Islam is a Research and Development Engineer currently managing the R&D innovation unit at SDM since May 2023, while also leading the software team. Prior to this, M. Saif Al Islam served as an IT Specialist at SDM, overseeing IT services, high-performance computing support, network management, operational IT support, and cloud applications. With extensive experience at Advanced Media Lab since January 2014, M. Saif Al Islam has contributed to multiple projects funded by King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology, including the development of deep learning-based COVID diagnosis tools and smart city monitoring systems. Additionally, M. Saif Al Islam is an active alumni member of Mawhiba since September 2017 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Data Science) from the University of London, completed in October 2023.
