Guido Mundt

Guido Mundt (born 1959) was newly elected to the Supervisory Board at the 2021 Annual General Meeting. In the subsequent constituent meeting of the new Supervisory Board, the members elected him as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation SE.

A trained banker, Mr. Mundt has held various positions within Deutsche Bank AG and was most recently Director and CEO of Banque d’Orsay S.A., Paris, before taking up his position as a freelance consultant to banks, family offices and hedge funds.

Mr. Mundt is also a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bankhaus Bauer AG, Essen and a member of the Board of Directors of Oddo BHF AIF Plc, Dublin (Ireland).
