Karoline Kalb

Karoline Kalb (born 1972) has been a member of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation SE since 2020.

After studying law at the University of Augsburg, she began her professional career as assistant to the Board of Management at WashTec AG in Augsburg. From 2004, she held various management positions in the company. From 2013 to 2019, she was a member of the WashTec AG Management Board, where she has been responsible for Human Resources, Compliance, Investor Relations and Special Projects since 2015. From September 2020 to the end of 2021, Ms. Kalb was a member of the Management Board and CFO of Testo SE & Co. KGaA.

She has been working as an independent lawyer since 2020.
