Oliver Jaster

Oliver Jaster (born 1970) was re-elected to the Supervisory Board at the 2021 Annual General Meeting. At the subsequent constituent meeting of the new Supervisory Board, the members elected him as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation SE.

Previously, he had already been a regular member of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation from November 2013 until the 2020 Annual General Meeting.

A graduate in business administration (FH), Mr. Jaster has been the sole Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Günther Holding SE, Hamburg, since 2004. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Jaster was a member of the management board of ORGA Kartensysteme GmbH, Paderborn. Prior to that, he worked for several years in various functions in the banking sector.

Mr. Jaster is also a member of the Supervisory Board of ZEAL Networks SE, London.
