Anshul Gaurav currently serves as AVP & Head P&L – Commercial at Max Estates Ltd., overseeing the P&L of the commercial real estate vertical, managing pre-construction and construction processes, and driving growth in the Delhi NCR market. Anshul has a strong background in business development, having previously led multiple land acquisitions, including a 7.25-acre parcel in Gurgaon. Prior to Max Estates, Anshul held various roles at LODHA Group, contributing to operations strategy and sales management, and served as a Business Analyst at Knowlarity Communications, focusing on revenue growth in a technology startup. Anshul's early career included trading and internships at Futures First, National Instruments, and the Defence Research and Development Organisation. Anshul holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
