Mridul Jain

Mridul Jain is an experienced professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Max Estates Ltd. since March 2022, having previously held the title of Senior Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Growth team. Responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, and financial analysis, with a strong emphasis on deal economics, project management, and portfolio management within the Delhi NCR micro-market. Prior to Max Estates, Mridul held various positions including Manager in Corporate Finance at YES BANK, where the focus spanned real estate, education, and hospitality sectors, and Joint Secretary for Corporate Relations & Placement at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
