Rishi Raj

Rishi Raj is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Max Estates Ltd. since April 2021, Rishi Raj oversees strategy, growth, construction, development, sales, marketing, and digital initiatives. Previously, as Chief Business Development Officer at Max Ventures & Industries Limited from April 2019 to April 2021, Rishi Raj was responsible for the strategy and growth of the real estate vertical. Rishi Raj's leadership journey includes serving as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Max India Group, where responsibilities included bridging the operating companies with the Board and evaluating business performance. Earlier, Rishi Raj spent 17 years at McKinsey & Company, culminating as Senior Practice Manager in the Strategy and Trends Analysis Center, contributing expertise in strategy, corporate finance, and macroeconomics. Rishi Raj holds a postgraduate degree in finance from the International Management Institute and a bachelor's degree in economics from Hansraj College.
