Ritika Malhotra is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Max Estates Ltd. since June 2021, Ritika previously held the role of Training Manager at The Park Hotels and has contributed to enhancing organizational learning cultures.
