Tom McNeil

Tom McNeil is a seasoned professional in building performance and sustainability, currently serving as a Partner and Principal at Max Fordham LLP since October 2013. Prior experience includes a role at Cartwright Pickard Architects, managing a government-funded research project focused on post-occupancy evaluation of housing developments. Tom McNeil has also contributed to earthquake rebuild projects with Lightning Construction and gained early experience as an architectural assistant at Maya Studio Architects. Additionally, Tom's marketing skills were developed during a stint at Good Energy Group PLC. Tom McNeil holds a Master of Science in Environmental Design of Buildings from the Welsh School of Architecture and a Master's in Architectural Engineering from Cardiff University.
