Balkishan Sharma

Balkishan Sharma possesses extensive experience in human resources management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR Operations at Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. since July 2019, Balkishan oversees HR operations across eight hospitals, managing a capacity of 2,100 beds and a workforce contributing to an annual top-line of approximately 3,000 Crore. Prior roles include serving as Regional Head of HR at BLK Super Speciality Hospital, and Zonal Head HR at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, where Balkishan managed HR functions across multiple facilities. Additional experience includes positions as Head of HR at Fortis Escorts Hospital in Jaipur and Manager of HR at Paras Healthcare, as well as earlier work as a Personal Assistant at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre. Balkishan holds an MBA in HR from Madurai Kamaraj University.
