Nasrin Kaniz

Nasrin Kaniz is an experienced professional with a background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Consultant at The MAX Group - MAX I.E.G. LLC since 2023, Nasrin has previously held significant roles such as Head of Operations at Get Joy Food (2021-2022) and Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Manager at AeroFarms (2018-2021). Additional experience includes positions at McCormick & Company, Sabra Dipping Company, and Unilever, where Nasrin contributed as Start Up Team Manager, Process Engineer, and Material Planner/Scheduler, among others. Nasrin began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, where the academic foundation was built with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering obtained in 2012.
