David Hitt

David Hitt is currently an advisor at Max-IR Labs. Prior to that, they were with Ted's Brain Science, Strike Photonics, ATR Electronics/American Antenna Company, Cognigenics, Nano Signature Imaging Technologies, and Max-IR Labs. Before that, they were with CerSci Therapeutics from January 2015 to December 2020, where they were Chief Legal Officer/Board Member. Prior to that, they were with Logan Medical Devices.

David Hitt received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University, a Master's Degree in Taxation from Baylor University, and Bachelor's Degrees in Physics and Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.
