Foster Chang

Foster Chang has extensive work experience in the fashion industry, starting with their current role as Chief Merchandising Officer at Max Mara Fashion Group. Previously, they held various positions at Salvatore Ferragamo, including General Merchandising Director for Asia, Merchandising Director for Greater China, and General Merchandising Manager for Hong Kong. At Dolce & Gabbana, Foster worked as the Retail Manager for Asia Pacific, overseeing both retail and merchandising operations. Foster also served as a Buyer at Pedder Group/Lane Crawford and Henri Bendel, and as an Associate Product Development Manager at Coach. Foster began their career as an Assistant Merchandiser at Aeropostale and a Production Assistant at Jill Stuart International. Overall, Foster has a strong background in merchandising, retail management, and product development.

Foster Chang obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemical Pharmacology from the University at Buffalo, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
