Ilaria Venturelli has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Ilaria started their career at Tommy Hilfiger as a Marketing Manager Assistant in 2003. Ilaria then joined Loro Piana in 2004 as a WW Marketing Manager for the Ladies' and Kid's Collection. In 2010, they took on the role of WW Merchandising Director at Ballantyne. Ilaria continued their career as a Visiting Lecturer in Merchandising and Brand Management at Politecnico di Milano from 2013 to 2014. In 2012, they joined Brioni - Kering Group as a WW Merchandising Director and stayed until 2015. Ilaria also worked as a Visiting Professor in Merchandising and Brand Management at Il Sole 24 ORE Business School ed Eventi from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Global Merchandising and Visual Merchandising Director at Max Mara Fashion Group since 2015.
Ilaria Venturelli attended Università Bocconi from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained degrees in both Fashion Companies Management and Brand Management, specializing in the field of Economics. Prior to that, they studied International Business at Eckerd College in 1998-1999. Ilaria also completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico Leonardo Da Vinci in Milan from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, Ilaria Venturelli pursued English language studies at Tufts University in 1997 and Monmouth University in 1996, focusing on English for Business.
