Lucia Catellani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fashion retail sector, currently serving as the Retail & VM Excellence Manager and previously as the International Retail Manager at Max Mara Fashion Group since May 2012. Prior to this, Lucia worked in sales at Elettrotek spa from January 2011 to May 2012 and held a position in controller and customer service at Coca Cola HBC from December 2009 to December 2010, focusing on back office activities, analysis and reporting, EDI, and client management. Lucia holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor's degree from Università degli Studi di Parma.
