Anirudh Ravishankar

Anirudh Ravishankar is currently a Doctoral Student at the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy since October 2023, focusing on TNG cosmological simulations in Dr Annalisa Pillepich's group. Previously, Anirudh was a Master Thesis Student at the European Southern Observatory from May 2022 to May 2023, conducting research in theoretical astrophysics under the guidance of Dr Gergö Popping, Dr Melanie Kaasinen, and Dr Desika Narayanan. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Student at the Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) Tirupati, working on various projects related to astrophysical modeling and stellar orbits, as well as a Summer Research Student at the European Southern Observatory. Anirudh earned an Integrated BS-MS degree in Physics from IISER Tirupati, completing studies between 2018 and 2023.
