Caroline Hamilton

Caroline Hamilton is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communication and change management. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Manager and Internal Communication Specialist at MAX since July 2019, Caroline has previously held significant roles including Change and Communication Manager at Rio Tinto from April 2018 to June 2019, and Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Eversheds Sutherland for a brief period in early 2017. Caroline's career at Eversheds spanned from April 2009 to February 2017, where various positions were held, including Senior Internal Comms Manager and Internal Communications Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Client Executive at Trimedia and Freelance Sub-Editor at Metro. Caroline began the journey in communications as a Sub-Editor at Newsquest South London.
