Rachel Chapman-McCowan

Rachel Chapman-McCowan is an accomplished executive in human resources with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager of APAC Human Resources & MAX Learning at MAX Solutions since February 2013, Rachel focuses on driving behaviour and culture change while providing strategic and operational leadership in HR across Australia and Asia. Past positions include Deputy State Manager for Queensland, National HR Manager, and Group HR Manager at notable organizations such as Skill Hire WA Pty Ltd and RCR Tomlinson, where Rachel demonstrated expertise in shaping HR strategies, leading change initiatives, and enhancing organizational capability. Academically, Rachel holds multiple degrees in Human Resources Management and Project Management from Deakin University and other institutions.
