Sage Sarkis has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and event planning industry. In 2014, they worked in food and beverage management at Walt Disney World. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an assistant event coordinator at Irondequoit Country Club Golf. In 2016, they became a spa supervisor at The Del Monte Lodge Renaissance Rochester Hotel & Spa. They then joined Strathallan a Double Tree by Hilton, where they held various roles including event supervisor, catering sales manager, and event sales manager from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, they briefly worked as a banquet director at The Lake House on Canandaigua before becoming an events assistant at Celebrated Events, an event planning company. Currently, Sage is the social sales manager at MAX Ultimate Food.
Sage Sarkis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality and Service Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. The duration of this academic pursuit was from 2012 to 2016.
