Jay Hermann

Jay Hermann holds a distinguished engineering career with extensive experience in technical leadership and transformation. Currently serving as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and Director of Engineering Transformation at Maxar Technologies since November 2022, Jay previously held the position of Advanced Concepts Engineer at L3Harris Technologies from January 2018 to November 2022. Earlier roles include Chief Architect at Harris GCSD, along with various engineering positions at HarrisGCSD, Vector Data Systems, and the US Army, where Jay began as an Imagery Analyst. Jay earned an MS in Computer Resource Management from Webster University and a BS in Political Science from Regent's College.
