Joseph Newbrough

Joseph Newbrough is a highly experienced geospatial analyst with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Maxar Technologies since February 2013, Joseph has held positions including Principal Geospatial Analyst, Program Technical Lead, Geospatial Manager, and Senior Staff Geospatial Analyst. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at L-3 Communications as a Geospatial Analyst from 2009 to 2013 and served as a Geospatial Analyst in the US Army from 2001 to 2009. Joseph began professional experience as a Topographic Intelligence Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from 1997 to 2001. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from George Mason University, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College, completed in 2016.
